Accreditation Information

• These live webinars are accepted by the Texas Optometry Board as live, in-person credit.
• COPE accreditation for this conference is categorized as "Synchronous Virtual."
• If you are licensed outside of Texas, UHCO advises you to check with your State Board of Optometry regarding the eligibility of synchronous virtual hours.

Cancellation Policy

Please read UHCO's Participant Registration Cancellation Policy prior to registering for this course:

• Registration cancellations will be accepted until noon CST seven business days before the conference start date.
• Paid fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee.
• No refunds or transfers to future conferences will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. To cancel, contact the CE Department at optce@central.uh.edu.

Conference Logistics

Logistics and lecture handouts will be emailed to registered participants one week prior to the conference start date.
